David co-anchors Quad Cities Today. He grew up near Nashville, Tennessee and began his broadcasting career in radio in 1986. He landed his first job in television news in 1990 as an associate producer at WSMV in Nashville. David began anchoring and reporting in 1991 and has since worked for TV stations in Florida, Texas, Connecticut, and Virginia.

Over the past 18 years, David has covered national and local stories across the country, including presidential campaigns, wildfires, tornado touchdowns, Hurricane Isabel, the Oklahoma City bombing, and the 9/11 attacks in New York.

David enjoys tennis and long distance cycling.
