Authorities in Carroll County are reporting a deadly two car crash on route 84. It happened Monday afternoon about a half mile north of Savanna.

The Sheriff's Department says a southbound car crossed the centerline and struck a northbound vehicle. The driver of the northbound car was okay, but the other driver died at the scene.

She has been identified as 17 year old Chelsea Scace of Elizabeth, Illinois.
