FARMERSVILLE, Ill. (AP) - Authorities in Montgomery County say a man was killed in a weekend accident involving an all-terrain vehicle.

Investigators say the body of 38-year-old Dale Gudgel of Waggoner was found Sunday afternoon by an ATV on railroad property near Farmersville.

Authorities say Gudgel had been riding the ATV earlier the day before and had been seen at a local tavern. Friends who later went looking for him found his body.

A coroner's inquest is planned.
