This morning Muscatine police are investigating a murder. Police say they found 42-year old Brry Banchard dead inside the home of 43-year-old Cthryn Lnn. Court documents say she admitted to shooting and killing him after they had an argument.

Prosecutors say Lnn called 9-1-1 from her Mlberry Avenue home just after midnight. They also say Linn lived in the house alone. The victim Barry Blanchard was on probation following a seven year sentence for aggravated domestic assault and burglary.
