Meredith Haley joined the KWQC TV-6 news team in June of 2007 as a reporter.  Meredith says she's known since she was very young that she wanted to be a reporter and feels blessed to have a career, doing what she loves.

Meredith grew up in Cedar Falls, Iowa and is a 2001 graduate of Cedar Falls High School.  After high School, she attended Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Meredith earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and graduated with High Honors from the Jordan College of Fine Arts in 2005. 

Before coming to KWQC, Meredith worked for WTWO, the NBC affiliate in Terre Haute, Indiana.  While there she took on many roles including, full time reporter, fill -in anchor and producer.

As an Iowa native, Meredith is thrilled to be back in her home state and close to her family.  She is an avid football fan and loves the Hawkeye's and the Indianapolis Colts.  In her free time she loves to cook, sew, hang-out with friends and spend time with her family.  Her pride and joy is her dog, Stokley and they try to hit the trails as much as possible!

Meredith is excited to learn more about the QCA and get to know the people and places.
