DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) A Davenport couple embarks on an exciting business venture.
Dane and Sarah Moulton are the new owners of the Renwick Mansion
In Davenport. They bought the building in August.

The mansion was built in 1877 by lumber baron William
Renwick. The woodwork in the home is original.
There are eight fireplaces in the mansion.

The couple bought the mansion in August.
Dane grew up in the neighborhood and has always
been attracted to the historic building.

The floor to ceiling windows, the tower on the fourth floor, and
the balconies speak to the character of the home.
Renwick was a world traveler and brought the fireplaces
back from Italy.

The Moultons have thirteen weddings booked already for 2018.
They also have plans to offer opportunities for local businesses to
hold meetings at the mansion.

Dane and Sarah are super
excited about restoring the Renwick.
