Early Thanksgiving Travel Looking Good

By  |

Thanksgiving holiday is right around the corner and it's never too early to take a look at our weather. Right now the early Thanksgiving week looks to be quiet with below normal temps, mainly in the mid to low 40s. Leading up to the holiday a few storm systems will try to make their way into the area, but right now it appears most will stay to our north. So while we are over a week out, the weather pattern looks quiet through the holiday with temps getting back to normal which would place us in the mid 20s in the mornings and mid 40s in the afternoon.
The Climate Prediction Center is currently forecasting above normal temps by the middle of next week, but based on current trends locally we will likely be between the warm and cold air masses. Stay tuned for more updates.
