WEST LIBERTY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- The person involved in the accident was Chanel Charles, 44, of Lone Tree.

Authorities say they do not have an update on his condition.
West Liberty Police tell TV9 one is in critical condition after colliding with a train, Sunday afternoon.
It happened around 1:00 p.m. in the 200 block of North Calhoun. Police said in a news release an Iowa Interstate train smashed into a blue Chevy sedan.
"The involved vehicle was pushed along by the train approximately two city blocks coming to rest on the North side of Prairie Street," said West Liberty Police Chief Kary Kinmonth.
The adult male driver inside the vehicle was the only occupant. Kinmonth said emergency crews used the "JAWS of life" to extract the man.
"The driver was flown by AirCare 1 helicopter to University of Iowa Hospitals in critical condition," said Kinmonth. "The crash remains under investigation."
The chief said the crash happened at an intersection with flashing red crossing lights that were in operation.
Authorities tell TV9 a train and sedan collided around 1:00 p.m. Sunday in West Liberty.
Officers have yet to confirm the circumstances of the crash, but the Muscatine County Sheriff believed the collision was an accident.
Images from the scene show the train heavily damaged a blue Chevy, near the intersection of West Prairie Street and West 3rd Street.
Injuries are unknown at this time, but photos show an air ambulance team on scene.
