APAC To Add Jobs At Its Davenport Call Center

Updated:

APAC Customer Services in Davenport plans to hire 150 people. APAC signed a multi year contract with a new client. The company will not say who that client is.

In April, APAC cut 72 jobs from its call center. Many of the people who lost their jobs two months ago will return to work at APAC. The 150 people should be on the job in the next few months.

APAC is an outsource company that works with many industries including publication and credit card companies. It opened in Davenport about 13 years ago. Right now, there are about four hundred people who work at the call center in Davenport.

If you are interested in applying for a job, you can contact APAC or apply in person from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday.
