Updated:

The First Alert Forecast from Meteorologist Greg Dutra

Our newest round of snowfall has arrived for the entire KWQC viewing area. The snow will continue at this light/moderate clip through the afternoon. The snow may not seem particularly heavy at any time, but it will still add up to 4" to 6" in the QC metro area. In the wake of snowfall will be a brief period of gusty winds. It looks like the wind will arrive around dinner time, and will likely cause some blowing and drifting in rural areas. Sun is back in the forecast by Wednesday and highs will stay above freezing into next week.

TODAY: Snow, moderate at times through 4PM, then light snow in the evening.  High: 32°. Wind: NW 10-20+ mph.

TONIGHT: Snow comes to an end. Low: 17°.

WEDNESDAY: Partly cloudy. High: 32°
