Police have released the name of a teenager killed in a motorcycle crash in the Goose Lake Area. The victim has been identified as 18-year-old Andrew Jacobson, a student at Northeast High School.

The accident happened in the 1300 block of 362nd Avenue, just north of Goose Lake. The Clinton County Sheriff says the call came in around 3:30 Tuesday afternoon.

Police tell us the motorcycle Jacobson was riding was headed southbound when it crossed into the northbound lane and crashed into a pickup truck. The 34-year old driver of the truck was not hurt.
