Theresa Bryant - KWQC-TV6 News and Weather For The Quad Cities -

Theresa is the Weather Specialist on KWQC-TV6 News at Noon.

Raised in California, Theresa first discovered her love of broadcasting as a child. "I watched all of the TV stations in our area and became fascinated with all aspects of the business, from anchoring and reporting to production and writing. I knew I was destined to be a broadcaster one way or another!"

After attending school in Wisconsin, Theresa got one of her first commercial television jobs in Duluth, Minnesota. She started out at KDLH-TV as a floor director and camera person, working her way up the ladder to the position of general assignment reporter/weekend weather anchor. When the main weekday weather anchor left to take another job, Theresa's hard work and experience paid off. She was named to the position and given addition duties as a feature reporter.

Theresa believes she has the best job in the world. "I get to indulge my interests in news and weather, I get to meet a lot of interesting people, and tell their stories--I get to do a job I love and get paid for it. Doing this work makes me very happy."

Theresa's hobbies include drawing, painting, music, reading and the study of history.
