The City of Morrison, IL has issued an Outdoor Water Ban for it's residents. City crews are currently working on improvements to the water systems and are currently working on one of the city wells.
Well #4, which is located at Kelly Park, is being fitted with a new well house. During the work, the well must be temporarily be taken out of service.
The City is asking all residents to refrain from outdoor watering and to practice water conservation. The outdoor watering ban and request will continue through July 10, 2012.
