    Iowa authorities are searching for a missing teenage girl they believe was kidnapped. Her family released a statement to the public.

The police are on the lookout for two men who robbed and assaulted an employee of a downtown Moline, IL restaurant Friday morning. Authorities say the incident happened at La Flama Restaurant, located in the 1600 block of 5th Avenue. A female manager was hit in the head and the restaurant robbed around 8:30 a.m.

According to reports, the employee was exiting the restaurant to walk the morning deposit to the bank when she was struck on the head and knocked to the ground.

Police say two suspects grabbed the bag full of money and ran in an unknown direction. Both are described as white males, slightly over six feet tall and both wearing t-shirts and shorts.
