Surveillance video from an auction house likely shows the missing cousins from Evansdale, Iowa.
The video is grainy and in slow motion, but the sheriff says he believes it shows eight-year-old Elizabeth Collins and 10-year-old Lyric Cook on their bikes the day they disappeared. He says the timeline matches up to when they left their grandmother's house for a bike ride.
Their bikes ended up by Meyers Lake, but they haven't been seen since they left on July 13th. Police are now treating this case as an abduction. They believe the girls are still alive, but have not said why.
