Bicycle Motocross. BMX made its Olympic debut four years ago. The track in East Moline has a special connection to the London Olympics.

Eric Bress redisigned the track in East Moline. He is the man also responsible for designing the BMX track at the Summer Olympics.

In four days at East Moline, Bress turned the track into a roller coaster ride on two wheels. There is a soil adhesive on the track, making a motocross ride super smooth and super fast.

Bike riders can get around the track in 30-40 seconds. Paul DePauw from the BMX Speedway thinks the layout has a very good flow to it and says the riders can really light it up. The saying around the track is keep the bike low and go!

Some of the young riders at East Moline are among the fastest in the country. Randi Bailey plans to watch Olympic Motocross and pick up some pointers along the way.

Rider Zach Stulir says one of his favorite Olympic competitors is Connor Fields. Fields is a gold medal hopeful in London.
