A business that has set up shop in historic LeClaire is looking to move and expand.

Wide River Winery of Clinton has a tasting room off of Cody Road in LeClaire. Business has been so good, the owner says they recently purchased another building, also on Cody Road.

The hope is to add onto the business and possibly add a few more jobs.

"What we're hoping to do is to have a little wine garden out on the patio and also have a small demonstration-production facility in the back, so people can see how we make one of our wines, said Dorothy O'Brien of Wide River Winery.

The LeClaire Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday night to discuss plans for moving the business.
