STREAMWOOD, Ill. (AP) - The FBI says a 22-year-old man suspected of phoning in bomb threats to a shopping mall in Davenport, Iowa, has been arrested in the Chicago area.

The suspect was identified as Adylbek Kozubaev. He was charged Friday with making a bomb threat.

A federal criminal complaint alleges Kozubaev made two threatening phone calls to the business office of the NorthPark Mall on Wednesday. It alleges he told employees they needed to evacuate the mall in 10 minutes "or it was going to blow."

FBI agents and officers from the Cook County Sherriff's Department arrested Kozubaev Friday without incident in suburban Streamwood.

A statement from the FBI said his permanent residence was unknown, but that he has ties to Chicago and Janesville, Wis.

Kozubaev's next court appearance is Sept. 5.
