East Moline Police have arrested a man and a woman on charges of predatory sexual assault.

30-year-old Randi Hayes-Manske and 31-year-old Shawn Block from Moline are charged with two counts of predatory assault of a minor. Police say the child in this case is 6-years-old.

The woman is also charged with 1 count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

The pair could face anywhere from 6 to 60 years in prison.

East Moline police won't say anything else about the case other than they are still investigating.
