It's been a little over 2 weeks since the deadly crash at the Quad City Air Show. The Hopper Demo Flight Team were flying in formation when one L-39 jet veered off and headed straight down. The Soviet-era military training jet crashed in a field near interstate 80. Authorities say the pilot, 59-year-old Glenn Smith of Frisco, Texas, was killed instantly.

According to the National Transportation Safety Board, investigators assigned to the case have been in Davenport to layout the wreckage. Through the investigation, they say they have recovered two cameras from the cockpit. The investigators say the cameras are damaged, but they are hoping to still recover the data the cameras captured.

Investigators are still waiting for maintenance records and autopsy results.
