Police in Sabula, Iowa confirm that several weapons were stolen from the American Legion Hall. Thieves kicked in the back door early Monday morning. They made off with 14 ceremonial rifles valued at $300 each. Police tell KWQC that 12 of the rifles don't fire.

They were kept in an unlocked cabinet, but police say the guns had a cable wrapped around them with a padlock, which was broken off.

Anyone with information about these unique weapons is asked to contact the Jackson County Sheriff's Office  at (563) 652-3312 or Jackson County Crime Stoppers at (563) 652-2212.
