EVANSDALE, Iowa – A Des Moines TV station reports that the mother of one of the two missing girls whose bodies were discovered this month says police are looking for specific individuals in the case.

"[Investigators] have talked that they are looking for some people, but they can't give us the exact, because they don't want to leak anything out," Heather Collins tells KCCI.  "But there are people that they are looking at."

Heather's daughter, Elizabeth Collins, and Elizabeth's cousin, Lyric Cook, disappeared five months ago.  A hunter found their bodies earlier this month near a park about 25 miles from their Evansdale homes.

Investigators have told the media that they are not targeting a specific person at this point and because of lack of evidence have struggled creating a profile.
