At this very moment report of two semis stalled on US 67 north of Monmouth. Wrecker service is on the way. Otherwise, US 67 north of Monmouth to the Mercer County line had been reported as open, but down to one lane in places.
 
US 67 south of Monmouth is open; may be reductions in lane use. Northbound US 67 from Macomb open.
 
Illinois Rt 116  through Warren County open, down to one lane in places. Just now reported to have some bottle necks.
 
US 34 west bound from Monmouth to Bigsville is now open and reported to be moving slowly.
 
Illinois Rt 135 has not been attended by plows due to priority operations. Travel condition unknown.
 
Illinois Rt 164 from Galesburg to Monmouth open.
 
Illinois Rt 164 from Monmouth to Oquawaka open, down to one lane in places.

US 67 North of Monmouth to Mercer County is open, but down to one lane in places.
 
US 67 South from Monmouth to Macomb is now open, down to one lane in portions
 
US 34 West from Monmouth to Burlington is still blocked between Monmouth and Biggsville. Deputies will continue to deny westbound travel.
 
As of  12:30 PM  December 21st  road conditions in Warren County are as follows:
 
 US 67 from the Mercer County Line to Monmouth:  Blocked with snow and numerous stranded vehicles from the Mercer County Line to Lake Warren. . Knox County Snowmobile Rescue  Team is assisting in searching vehicles for stranded motorists as IDOT is working into the problem from the Monmouth side.
 
US 67 from Monmouth to the McDonough County Line: North bound lanes from McDonough County to Monmouth are  passable. South bound US 67  at the Raritan blacktop is still impassable. IDOT trucks are not currently operating south of Roseville
  
Illinois Rt 164 from Galesburg through Monmouth to Henderson County:  Conditions for IL Rt 164 from Monmouth to Galesburg are uncertain as this was not an IDOT priority route.  IL Rt 164 from Monmouth to Oquawka is open but down to one lane at times.  
 Illinois Rt 116 through Warren County from Knox County Line to Henderson County Line:  IL Rt 116 is passable at this time, with some portions of the road down to one lane.
  
US 34 from Monmouth to Biggsville - blocked due to numerous stranded vehicles and drifting . Operations are currently underway to clear stalled vehicles. .
  
US 34 from Monmouth to Galesburg: Open and Passable
 
 In Monmouth, Deputies are currently stopping all south bound traffic on US 67 going from Monmouth to Macomb
 
 In Monmouth, Deputies are currently stopping all north bound traffic on US 67 from Monmouth to Mercer County
 
 Illinois Route 135 from Rt 164 to Alexis: Uncertain as this was not an IDOT priority route. Travelers should exercise caution  
  
Approximately 50 motorists stranded south of Monmouth are currently lodged at the 1st Street Armory in Monmouth.  Approximately 30 motorists picked up from US 34 are being lodged at the Senior Center in Kirkwood. An undetermined number of motorists from US 67 were lodged at the Alexis Community Center.
