DAVENPORT - The City of Davenport has declared a 2nd snow emergency specifically for downtown Davenport.
This will be in effect from 9 p.m. Friday, December 21 through 6 a.m. Saturday.
No on-street parking will be allowed during that time as plows will be removing snow and clearing parking lanes.
City officials are stressing that parking will be free in the parking ramps throughout the duration of the closure.
