Inmates in one of Iowa's most dangerous prison units have been allowed to watch violent and sexually explicit movies.

Reports show it's a practice that's been going on for years at the maximum-security prison in Fort Madison. This is in spite of repeated complaints from a female correctional officer named Kristine Sink. She says the movies encouraged inmates to sexually harass her.

Records also show that when she turned off the TV and complained, her superiors accused her of insubordination.

Sink has filed a lawsuit against prison officials alleging sexual harassment, discrimination, and workplace retaliation.

On our TV6 Facebook page we asked if you think prisoners should be allowed to watch these types of movies. If you'd like to join in the conversation just head to our Facebook page.
