One woman is in custody after police say she drove her car into a building in downtown Davenport early Wednesday morning, January 9, 2013.

Police say the vehicle 23-year-old Tiffany Lynn Burmeister was driving, left the road and ran into a building in the 500 block of Iowa Street. The accident happened shortly after midnight.

Burmeister received numerous charges including OWI first offense, no insurance, fraud use of registration, failure to maintain control, driving under suspension and two felony probation violations.
