WATERLOO, Iowa (AP) - The drug trial of the father of one of two Iowa cousins found dead months after their disappearance has been moved because of publicity over the girls.

A judge ruled Monday that it's unlikely to find an impartial jury in Black Hawk County for Daniel Morrissey's trial. It will be moved to Davenport in Scott County.

Morrissey is the father of Lyric Cook, who disappeared with her cousin, Elizabeth Collins, while riding bikes in Evansdale last July. Their bodies were found in December.

Morrissey faces methamphetamine and domestic abuse charges. He changed his mind about a plea bargain to meth charges the day before the girls' disappearance.

A Jan. 18 hearing is set to work out details about the trial.
