Davenport's Snow Angel Program

The City of Davenport has help for its elderly and disabled residents with snow removal. It's called the Snow Angel Program.

Snow Angels is a new referral program that connects volunteers with individuals that need help shoveling their sidewalk during the winter.

If you'd like to request a Snow Angel volunteer, you must be a Davenport resident, at least 60 years old or physically disabled.

For people who would like to volunteer to be a Snow Angel, the city asks that you commit to serving a neighbor-in-need for an entire winter season. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have parental permission.
