Spring break is coming up and for those hoping to vacation abroad, the Scott County Recorder's Office is offering extended hours to help process applications for passports.

Officials announced they have expanded hours and discounted the cost of photos for passports. You can go to the Scott County Recorder's Office Passport Acceptance Facility, located on the 5th floor of the Scott Co. Administration Center, 600 W. 4th St., Davenport.

Special Expanded Hours: Sat., Jan. 19 & Sat., Jan. 26: 9 to 11 a.m.

Normal Business Hours: Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

January Discount: Photos only $5 each. No appointments are necessary.
