Two people were arrested and charged with manufacturing meth after they were pulled over in what police say was a rolling meth lab.

Davenport Police arrested 32-year-old Justin Sanders and 29-year-old Nicole Liberio. Police say that although the lab was not in operation at the time, it was still a bio hazard and occupants and vehicle had to be decontaminated

Police say they stopped the suspicious car in the 3700 block of N. Division on Monday, January 21, 2013. They say the meth lab was not in operation at the time of the arrest, but it was still a bio hazard.
