The former owners of Blackhawk Autoplex in Milan, Ill., have been sentenced in federal court. Jens and Pamela Hirsch pleaded guilty on May 11, 2012, to federal charges of bank fraud, conspiracy to commit bank fraud and making false statements to a bank.

According to court records entered on January 22, 2013, Pamela Hirsch was sentenced to a year and a day in prison and must pay restitution of $668,254.29 to Blackhawk Bank and Trust. She is scheduled to begin her sentence on March 19, 2013.

Jens Hirsch received three years and 10 months in prison and must pay the same restitution. Mr. Hirsch was remanded into the custody of the US Marshals.
