Governor Terry Branstad will be in Davenport Tuesday morning, February 5, 2013, to talk about the future of the Mississippi River.
The event starts at 10:30 a.m. in the Hotel Blackhawk Gold Room and is open to the public.
The governor says he hopes to learn more on how stakeholders think the river system should be managed in the future and how it can better connect Iowa to the global economy.
