It's been almost a year since the former Dixon comptroller Rita Crundwell was arrested for misappropriating $53 million from the city.
Tomorrow, Crundwell will be sentenced after pleading guilty to one federal count of wire fraud.
Several public officials will be making statements at tomorrow's sentencing.
Dixon Mayor James Burke is expected to be one of them and he plans to focus on how he says Crundwell has devastated the community.
She faces up to 20 years in prison for the wire fraud conviction and her 60 counts of felony theft from the state are still pending.
