Known for fighting fires, an Iowa volunteer firefighter is now arrested, charged with starting them.

19-year-old Brett Graham has been a volunteer with the Kelley Fire Department for about a year. Even more shocking, his dad is the Assistant Fire Chief.

One day after fire gutted a Kelley barn, police arrested Graham. They say he has admitted to starting four fires over the past few months. At least one of them, a fire he helped fight.

State Fire Marshal Ray Reynolds says, "The public needs to have confidence that even when it's one of our own we're going to hold people accountable for arson. This is a dangerous profession, we certainly don't need our own causing work for us."

Brett Graham now faces three counts of second degree arson.
