DAVENPORT, Iowa – A Muscatine man is accused of going into a Davenport adult store after business hours and helping himself to the merchandise in more ways than one.

According to a criminal complaint, Jose Angel Perales, 24, entered Dr. John's Lingerie Boutique on north Brady through an apparently unlocked door at 4:10 AM on February 17.  The store does not open until 8 AM.

Surveillance video shows Perales went "shopping" and then "walked into the manager's office where he took all his clothes off."

The complaint says Perales "proceeded to try on female lingerie and experiment with various sex toys for approximately 2 hours" before leaving "wearing a dress and blond wig belonging to the business."

The video is said to show Perales walking naked with a large tattoo on his back that reads "PERALES" in Old English lettering.

Perales is accused of taking and/or using more than $1,000 worth of merchandise.

He is charged with 3rd degree burglary and theft.
