A Burlington man is in custody and charged with his wife's murder.
Chico Newman was arrested last night at the Motel 6 in Moline by U.S. Marshals.
Crystal Newman, his wife, was 32-years-old when she was found dead in their Burlington home last August with a gunshot wound to the head.
Chico Newman is being held at the Rock Island County Correctional Center. He is awaiting extradition to Iowa to face charges of first degree murder.
