Three people have been arrested in Blue Grass in connection with a drug house.

Early Thursday morning, the Scott County Sheriff's special operation unit performed a drug search and arrested three individuals.

William Marolf, 64, his grandson Ryan Toliver, 23, and Toliver's girlfriend Emily Dwyer, 21, were all booked

Authorities said Marolf was allowing his grandson and his girlfriend to use narcotics and Marolf is charged with running a drug house. Both Toliver and Dwyer face multiple charges of possession of prescription drugs and conspiracy to commit a felony.

This isn't the first time this family has been in trouble with the law because of drugs. Toliver is a convicted felon and has drug convictions in 2007, 2009 and 2010. In two of those convictions drugs were found inside Marolf's home.

In January of this year, all three were charged when police found a mushroom lab at the same residence.
