A man responsible for a fatal Rock Falls, Ill., accident in November of 2011 has plead guilty to aggravated DUI.

On November 26, 2011, police found the car that Chad Morse was driving, between the front steps and two trees at 703 Avenue D.

Morse and the front seat passenger were ejected and a passenger in the back seat was still in the car.

Police say a fourth person, 33-year-old Brad Nitsch of Rock Falls was found laying in the yard. Nitsch had died from his injuries.

An investigation showed Nitsch was walking along the street before he was killed.

Morse will be sentenced on May 14, 2013. All other counts against him have been dismissed.
