The sentence for the Toulon mother who admitted to leaving her infant on the side of the road is three years in prison.

It is the maximum sentence.

The Stark County mother charged with endangering the life of her three week old baby last September will be in court Friday afternoon, March 8, 2013 for a sentencing hearing.

Kendra Meaker pleaded guilty in January to obstruction of justice and endangering the life and health of a child.

In September, she said her baby had been kidnapped.

Volunteers ended up finding the baby Mia, alive along a rural road.
