While aldermen are no longer actively pursuing purchasing the Rhythm City Casino, it is still creating heated debate.
    
Alderman Mike Matson was speaking out tonight about a meeting Tuesday between some aldermen without the knowledge of others.
     
He is concerned that could jeopardize the entire deal and is concerned about transparency.

"I don't know it particularly because I haven't been privy to any meeting," Matson said. "I just heard from credible sources and with resignation of 4 DCIC members today. I think we have a concern.

That should be addressed by the council in the coming weeks.
