The Jo Daviess County Sheriff's Office and East Dubuque Police Department are requesting the public's assistance with several residential burglaries that have recently occurred.  

The burglaries have been perpetrated in the day time hours when people are not at home.  The burglaries have occurred both in the City of East Dubuque and in the rural East Dubuque area.  Unknown subjects(s) are forcing entry into the homes and committing thefts therein.  

Anyone with information pertaining to this investigation is encouraged to contact Dubuque/Jo Daviess Crime Stoppers at 800-747-0117, the Jo Daviess County Sheriff's Office at (815) 777-2141 or East Dubuque Police Department at (815) 747-3913.  Persons providing information that leads to an arrest or recovery of property may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.00.  Potential callers are reminded that they may remain anonymous.
