UPDATE

Patrick Eddingfield, missing earlier this morning was located, alive and well around 5:15 p.m.

Eddingfield was confused on his surroundings due to medical problems and was transported to Illini Hospital.

Original story

The East Moline Police are looking for help from the public to find a missing man with medical issues.

Police say 57-year-old Patrick Eddingfield went for a walk in the 500 block of Oaklawn Ave. in East Moline at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2013.

Eddingfield is described as being 5'10, 180 lbs and was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket with the words "Straight Shot" imprinted on the front of the jacket, dark blue pants and dark blue hat.

According to police, he has significant medical problems that raise concern for his welfare.

Anyone with information on Eddingfield's whereabouts is asked to call their local police department or 9-1-1.
