A man arrested in Davenport in what police say was a rolling meth lab, pleaded guilty in court to possession of pseudoephedrine and lithium.

Davenport Police arrested 32-year-old Justin Sanders along with 29-year-old Nicole Liberio in the 3700 block of North Division Street on January 21, 2013.

Police say that although the lab was not in operation at the time, it was still a bio hazard and both the occupants and the vehicle had to be decontaminated.

Liberio pleaded not guilty in court. Her next appearance is scheduled for later this month.
