Updated:

All three people accused in the death of a dog that died of neglect and was found locked in crate in Waterloo, Iowa, have pleaded not guilty.

Ty Hickman, A.J. Sellers and Kelsey Block have all entered not guilty pleas to misdemeanor animal torture.

All three have trials scheduled for this summer.

The dog's body was found inside a crate in Waterloo in February of this year. A vet says the dog died of starvation, dehydration, or both.
