Navy Says Rock Island Officer Involved In Hazing

We now know the details of an incident that removed a commanding United States Navy officer from his post in Rock Island in March of 2013.

Lieutenant Commander Jack O'Neill was in charge of the Navy Operational Support Center in Rock Island until March. That's when a report says O'Neill became upset that several sailors missed physical training and ordered them to perform a body building exercise in front of others.

O'Neill was removed from his post because the navy considers the incident hazing.
