    Bituminous is building a new facility in Davenport. The company's been around for more than 100 years offering insurance for a wide variety of things -- like automobile, fire, theft and life and health.150 people work at the Rock Island location and the company paid more than $70,000 in property taxes to the county last year alone. East Moline P.D. has arrested 3 subjects for a string of burglaries.

Jesse Hurtado, 19, of East Moline is being held on a $40,000 bond and Nathaniel Stiner, 18, of East Moline is being held on a $50,000 bond.

The charges stem from an investigation into multiple burglaries in East Moline. They are accused of burglarizing a residence in the 4000 block of 4th St A, a residence in the 400 block of 35th Av, a vehicle in the 400 block 41st Av and a building at United Township High School. Detectives have recovered a majority of the property stolen by these subjects. The investigation is still ongoing. 

Hurtado was charged with two counts of Residential Burglary and one count of Burglary to Motor Vehicle. Stiner has been charged with two counts of Residential Burglary, one count of Burglary to Motor Vehicle and one count of Burglary to School Property.

A third subject, a 16-year-old juvenile was charged in juvenile court and is being held and the Mary Davis Juvenile Detention Center.
