The Prospect Avenue Rehabilitation Project in Clinton, Iowa, starts Thursday, June 20, 2013.

With the start of the project, Prospect Avenue, Chancy Street, and Wallace Street will be completely closed to all traffic.

Officials say local access should be restored early July, with construction fully ending in September.

The City of Clinton is holding an informational meeting on the project on Wednesday, June 19, 2013.

At the meeting, officials hope to answer any questions people have.

Start time is set for 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers of city hall.
