An unusual venue on a farm in Maquoketa, Iowa will host a popular movie actor who's currently touring with his band. John C. Reilly (Step Brothers, Chicago, River Wild) is stepping out of his role on the big screen and stepping into the past to perform folk, blue grass and country music inside a rustic barn. Reilly and Friends are scheduled to perform at the Codfish Hollow Barnstormers on June 21st at 7 p.m.

According to a recent post on the Codfish Hollow Facebook page, "The barn(at Codfish Hollow) looks amazing- it almost looks like being in the belly of a whale or something! I'm really looking forward to it! This is our first time in the Midwest and I'm really happy to be bringing it home." It is signed, John C. Reilly, a Chicago native.

You can go to the Codfish Hollow Barnstormers website for more information on the event.
