Autistic Boy Lost In Cornfield Found

"The Whiteside County Sheriff's Office received a call reporting a 10 year old autistic child that took off into a corn field near a rural Sterling residence. 

A search for the boy ensued with the teamwork of Sterling Fire, Rock Falls Fire, CGH EMS, Sterling Police, Illinois State Police, and MEDFORCE Helicopter. 

At around 4:00 PM, the boy was located and he was transported to CGH for treatment and/or observation."
