Nationwide Warrant Issued After Geneseo Meth Bust

UPDATE: The case against Alexis Wyffels has been dropped.

ORIGINAL: A meth bust in Geneseo has resulted in two arrests and one nationwide warrant.

A nationwide warrant has been issued for Jefferey Ryan Blunk, born 11-13-89, for Aggravated Unlawful Participation in Methamphetamine Manufacturing, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Manufacturing Materials and Unlawful Possession Methamphetamine.

On July 25, 2013 at approximately 9:40 p.m. the Geneseo Police Department, Henry County Special Operations Squad, Henry County Sheriff's Department, Sterling area Meth Lab Response Team, Black Hawk Task Force and the Geneseo Fire Protection District conducted a search warrant at 517 East Park St in Geneseo, IL.   

Paula J. Blunk, 52, of Geneseo was arrested and charged with the use of residence/property for the unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.  

The incident remains under investigation and anyone with information on Jefferey Ryan Blunk (11-13-89) or Alexi N Wyffels (12-18-90) is asked to call the Geneseo Police Department.

Alexis N, Wyffels was arrested by Milan Police department on July 26, 2013 on a Henry County Warrant for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursor.  Sterling area Meth Lab Response Team removed all Methamphetamine related materials from the residence.
